Ethiopia is where consumption of coffee began in 900 AD. Ethiopia has the perfect environments for cultivating coffee. There are many heirloom varieties grown within the Sidama region. Yirgacheffe is one of the most beloved of these varieties. Light bodied, flora hints of raspberry, blueberry, and green apple.
