Jonathan I have recently switched from brewing coffee in my automatic cone filter to a Moka Pot. As such, I have only recently started using darker roast beans. The Kenya AA Plus makes an exceptionally strong pot with a pronounced sweetness. While it is a bit too strong for me to enjoy straight, I brew my 2-Cup Moka (not 2 imperial cups by volume, more like 2 espresso shots) and combine with 1/2 cup of heated and foamed whole milk. Easily the best coffee drinks in town, right from the comfort of my own kitchen.
