Ali Safaie Great coffee! Would be even better if yall could get it organically sourced!
The Sumatra part of the blend is certified organic. Ethiopia doesn't produce much certified organic. I can't reliably stock it. The importers I work with explained that many of the farms are small and can't afford the expensive Government certification process. The importer said specialty grade Ethiopian farmers they buy from don't use chemical pesticides or chemical fertilizers they use traditional natural methods.

Cameron Fantastic flavor, smooth yet strong. Good as a shot of espresso or in regular drip coffee. Only request would be to be able to buy this flavor in a bulk size to save a bit per oz.
