    Unfortunately, my order has been stuck in the Missouri City, TX mail facility along with thousands and thousands of other packages for the last 5 days. I have yet to receive it after ordering 10 days ago. Not your fault but I thought you should know that this situation is affecting your business.

      I’m very aware of the problems at the Missouri City Texas Distribution Center we have sent several emails to our customers informing them about what we know. It’s very frustrating because USPS doesn’t make an effort to inform customers about the status of their “upgrades”. Our local Post Office in Onalaska Texas is run by professionals that forwards mail to the Distribution Centers on time. They haven’t been given much information either. I’ve taken steps thanks to our local Post Office to bypass Missouri City. I just started hauling our coffee orders north to a Post Office that is in a different zone so the mail goes to the Dallas/Fort Worth Distribution Center. It’s a 40 mile round trip instead of 4 mile round trip. We’re going to do this until the problems at Missouri City are solved. We’ll pay the extra cost and not pass them on to our customers.

    Hi there. 1st time trying your products and we love them. We got the whole beans and smells so good freshly ground!! We will be spreading the word about your products and definitely ordering again. And btw, this is the wife leaving comment.
