Organically grown coffee from the jagged mountains of the volcanic region of Altos De Chiapas in Southern Mexico. Chiapas are known for their balanced, clean coffees with chocolate notes. It has a soft citrus finish.

The citrus notes make this a great breakfast coffee. This is one of the few to which I like to add a little Turbinado sugar and scalded whole milk.
